Engagement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Billing and Majesco Billing solutions. The role involves leading end-to-end client engagements, managing delivery governance, stakeholder relationships, program financials, and ensuring successful implementation, enhancement, or transformation initiatives within scope, budget, and timelines.The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of PC billing operations including invoicing, payments, collections, cancellations, reinstatements, refunds, and compliance processes. Strong experience in Majesco Billing implementations, integrations, and solution oversight is required. The role demands proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, driving delivery excellence, handling client governance forums, and ensuring quality across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic execution skills, with prior experience in insurance technology consulting or system integration environments preferred. Majesco Billing certification or billing modernization/cloud migration experience is an added advantage.
