ECM Business Analyst

Role - OpenText/Documentum/ECM Business Analyst Location - New York, NY or Parsippany/Newark/Edison , NJWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and solutions that drive business success. This role requires a deep understanding of the FDA's regulatory framework and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, concise documentation.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and requirements related to FDA regulations.Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.Develop and maintain detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.Support project management activities by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Ensure compliance with FDA regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.Mandatory Skills:In depth knowledge of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and compliance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in business analysis methodologies and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in creating detailed documentation and reports.OpenText Documentum/ECM experience
