Business Side Project Manager II - Remote

OverviewGenesis10 is currently seeking a Business Side Project Manager with Healthcare Insurance or PBM experience for a 100% remote contract-to-hire opportunity with a major healthcare company in Eden Prairie, MN. Compensation: w-2 rate of $40.00–$44.00 per hour.Successful candidates will be highly motivated, self-starting professionals who can support the entire pharmacy benefits management (PBM) business, including home delivery, specialty, and other pharmacy services, within a team of over 90 project managers.ResponsibilitiesContribute, lead, and own the development of program/project scope statements (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document), project/program plans, communication plans, and status/issue reporting.Coordinate, own, and provide input on project/program schedule, budget, scope, benefit, and quality.Develop, coordinate, and complete assigned project/program work on time and on budget with assigned resources.Develop/contribute to project budgets/forecasts, drive capture of project economics (e.g., cost/benefit analysis, capital planning, staffing impact analysis), and assist in obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders.Actively address issues, challenges, and problems that arise during the course of a project/program, identify the right resources to resolve the issue, escalate when necessary, and drive issues to closure.Requirements5 years of project management experience or similar experience.Previous experience in a cross-matrixed enterprise environment.Strong executive communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.Ability to gain acceptance for ideas, plans, and actions and implement across organizational boundaries.Desired skillsBusiness operations strategy definition and execution in a matrixed organization.Familiarity with the client's products and services.Healthcare, PBM or pharmacy experience.Experience with Smartsheet.Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply.Genesis10 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
