Manage time effectively, delegate assignments, and proactively schedule based on patient acuity and census. Engage in education on product and practice changes to support non-salary cost reductions.Quality: Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, including regulatory compliance and nurse-sensitive indicators. Demonstrate critical thinking, multitasking, and thorough documentation. Provide accountable care using the nursing process, collaborate with the team, and apply evidence-based practices.Community Service and Patient Satisfaction: Positively represent the healthcare facility in community events. Area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications to be obtained and maintained as required. This position operates on a 4th shift schedule within a regional healthcare setting in the Midwest United States.
