To support our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivatedArea Sales Managerto join our global sales team. In this newly established role, your primary focus will be to manage new customer inquiries and strengthen existing relationships across Sweden.With a focus on both pharmaceutical and food processing industries, you will take lead on expanding our presence in the Swedish market. This includes identifying business opportunities, understanding how our advanced weighing solutions create value, and translating complex needs into tailored solutions in collaboration with our engineering team.You bring a strong commercial mindset, technical curiosity, and experience with complex industrial products. In return, you’ll become part of a highly specialised team working with patented technology trusted in over 90 countries.Your Background and Strengths
Ideally you have a strong technical interest and understanding of industrial solutions, along with proven experience in business development within technical industries. You will be responsible for sales in Sweden and will work directly with customers and in collaboration with existing distributors in the area.Professional Qualifications:Proven experience in B2B sales of complex industrial products, preferably within weighing systems, process automation, or related technologies.A strong network and knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or food industries.Ability to handle long sales cycles and apply a consultative sales approach.Strong negotiation skills, experience in contract management, and selling high-value solutions.Strong proficiency in CRM systems and a data-driven sales strategy.Willingness to travel across Europe (primarily Scandinavia) to meet customers and attend industry fairs.Personal Qualifications:Results-driven with a proactive approach to business development.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.Ability to explain technical concepts to different customer profiles.Independent and capable of working both individually and cross-functionally in teams.A technical and/or commercial educational background is preferred in addition to relevant industry experience.We offer you:A unique possibility to be part of a fast-growing company with an ambitious growth planBe part of a dynamic team and help shape a world-class sales organizationFreedom and flexibility – you define your job as long as you meet your targetsCompetitive compensation with a strong growth incentiveLocation:
