You will lead tenant consolidation for acquired entities, establish standards for a distributed workforce, and mentor junior IT staff. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build systems and grow people.Main responsibilities:Own Microsoft 365 administration across multiple tenantsLead tenant migration and consolidation for acquired entitiesManage Entra ID, conditional access, and identity governanceAdminister Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDriveAdminister Jira and Confluence for engineering and business teamsManage projects, spaces, workflows, permissions, and integrationsManage endpoint computing: provisioning, imaging, MDM, and lifecycleSupport global offices with consistent IT standardsSupport development environments, build systems, and CI/CD toolingPartner with engineering on infrastructure needs (GitHub, AWS, dev tools)Mentor junior IT staff on operations, troubleshooting, and processBuild documentation, runbooks, and knowledge baseRequired qualifications:7+ years IT administration experienceDeep experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra IDStrong Atlassian administration skills (Jira, Confluence)Experience with endpoint management at scaleExperience supporting distributed or global teamsStrong mentorship and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications: Microsoft 365 certificationsExperience with engineering tooling (GitHub, CI/CD, AWS)Familiarity with IT service management frameworksExperience in manufacturing or hardware companiesStartup or high-growth environment experienceWhat do we have to offer you?Ownership of critical infrastructure at a growing companyOpportunity to build and mentor a teamCollaborative, low-bureaucracy environmentCompetitive compensation and benefitsOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted!
