Remote Technical Program Manager: Delivery & Alignment

Cyclops is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to bring structure, predictability, and clarity to product and engineering delivery. This remote role reports to the COO and partners with engineering and product leaders to drive end-to-end initiatives with external partners and internal teams.
