Customer Service and Sales Representative

Description: Our goal at SeaQuest is to ensure guests have a one-of-a-kind experience interacting with animals from all over the world. SeaQuest is looking for Guest Ambassadors in our home office in Boise to join our customer service team! The Guest Ambassador will provide outstanding customer service to our guests through booking birthday parties, private events, animal encounters, and more! Guest Ambassador Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of incoming calls Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives Book birthday parties, private events, animal encounters, etc. Requirements: Guest Ambassador Requirements: Sales Experience 2+ Years, Call Center Experience 1+ Years Customer Service 3+ Open to work any schedule during Monday - Sunday at most 40 hours a week unless OT is offered. We are open 7 AM - 6 PM MST Must be at least 18 years of age Prior customer service experience required Prior call center experience is a plus Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills A strong sense of teamwork Ability to work with different types of software, including Google Suite Must be flexible and adaptable Willingness to learn customer service procedures Education: A degree in the related field is preferred but not necessary Schedule: Full-time Part-time Monday-Friday Weekends Holidays Company Benefits: Commission Healthcare Dental Vision 401K 401K Matching Vacation time Sick Pay Employee discount
