Must-Haves:
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 1+ years in manufacturing
3. Be able to lift 45lbs
4. Good overall attendance
5. Must have reliable transportation
6. Open to night shiftJob Description
Responsible for operation of line in compliance with defined standards, production orders and operating procedures.
· Perform continuity testing.
· Mold plugs on end of cords.
· Package finished product into proper sleeves.
· Place sleeves into master cartons.
· Seal carton with hand-held tape machine.
· Load cartons onto skids.
· Visual examination of wire to determine conformity to specifications and quality standards.
· Read and interpret coiling breakdown to determine proper length of wire.
· Set up coiling heads to correct size.
· Operate coiling machine.
· Remove outer jacket on ends of coiled wire to specifications.
