Painters USA – Wisconsin Job Summary Painters USA is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Foreman to lead commercial and industrial painting projects. This role oversees on‑site safety, quality, productivity, and team performance while working alongside the crew. Responsibilities Lead and support crew members while enforcing all safety procedures Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used Track and report crew hours and follow company policies Train team members on skills and job‑site expectations Assist with resolving minor crew issues and communicating updates to management Perform other related duties as needed Requirements 5+ years of commercial painting experience Valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 75% Knowledge of commercial/industrial coatings Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and travel when required MEWP certified (OSHA 10/30 and swing stage experience a plus) Basic technology skills (smartphones/tablets) Must pass a drug and background check Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Ability to lift 15–50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Benefits Competitive pay Benefits include health, dental, vision, voluntary Life insurance, in addition to some company-sponsored benefits.
