Job Title: Senior SMR – IGA Migration (SailPoint to Saviynt) Location: Flexible Duration: 7 Months Contract description Key Responsibilities Lead and define the future-state IGA architecture on Saviynt, including identity model, integrations, and lifecycle design. Develop and execute the IGA migration strategy and phased transition plan from SailPoint to Saviynt. Define and document future-state integrations across HR, ITSM, directories, and enterprise applications. Coordinate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage execution, dependencies, and risks. Provide clear weekly and monthly project status reporting, including progress, risks, and decision points. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IAM / IGA architecture or engineering roles within enterprise environments. Proven experience leading Saviynt implementations or large-scale IGA migrations. Hands-on experience with SailPoint in production environments. Strong expertise in identity lifecycle management, integrations, and access governance. Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to senior technical and business stakeholders. The candidate must be available to attend the office during the first full week as part of the onboarding process, as well as for occasional in‐person meetings if required.
