The ideal candidate is highly skilled in men’s garment alterations, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional results. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to work directly with clients, execute fine tailoring, and contribute to the reputation of our award-winning brand.ResponsibilitiesPerform expert alterations on suits, tuxedos, and formalwearTake accurate client measurements and provide professional fittingsAdvise clients on style, fit, and fabric adjustments when neededOperate industrial and specialty sewing equipment with precisionMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspaceEnsure all garments meet high-quality standards before deliverySupport front-of-house team with fittings, rush orders, and special requestsQualifications5+ years of tailoring/alteration experience (men’s formalwear experience strongly preferred)Proficiency in hemming, tapering, letting out/taking in, jacket adjustments, and custom alterationsStrong knowledge of fabrics, stitching techniques, and garment constructionExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipProfessional, customer-focused demeanor with strong communication skillsAbility to manage time effectively, especially during peak wedding and prom seasonsBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceFlexible scheduling with steady year-round workOpportunities to work on unique projects, including custom design and specialty eventsFamily-oriented environment with strong community tiesJoin a business with over four decades of excellence and multiple industry awardsWork Location: In person
