Job Description We are seeking an URGENT HIRE - Medical Lab Technician + Sign On: $15K to join our team! You will be responsible for performing medical tests for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.Available Shifts:Days (7A-7:30P with Rotating Weekends) Nights (7P-7:30A with Rotating Weekends) Responsibilities:Perform technical laboratory functions including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis and immunology.Report test results following clinic protocols alerting providers and/or nurses about abnormal results.Ensure quality control in collecting specimens, ensure appropriate sampling and maintain accurate record keeping.Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies. Set up, maintain, calibrate, clean, and test sterility of medical laboratory equipment.Qualifications:Medical laboratory experience preferred. As long as candidate has state license as generalist (or qualifies for one)- they are willing to train based on any years of experience had.High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's Degree or higher is preferredMLT, ASCP, CPT, or AMT certification requiredState of Florida Medical Laboratory Technician LicenseShift Differentials:Evenings ($1.45)Nights ($2.50)Relocation Assistance: Case by Case.Company DescriptionLanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
