Laborer

About the Opportunity: HireQuest is seeking entry-level team members for a Laborer Position in Hillsboro. This role supports Labor operations and material flow on-site. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work and are safety minded. Training is provided. Responsibilities: Assist with site operations and material movement Direct traffic and vehicle flow when required Maintain clean and organized work zones Support equipment operators and site supervisors Follow safety rules and wear required PPE Other duties as assigned Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for full shifts Comfortable with physical tasks and environmental conditions Must be reliable and punctual Must be 18 years or older Working Conditions: Outdoor environment year-round Exposure to weather, uneven terrain, noise, dust, and equipment traffic PPE required (boots, vest, etc.) Other duties assigned as needed Why Work with HireQuest?
