Customer Service Representative

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving inquiries, and promoting positive customer interactions. Candidate must have experience in inside sales and spreadsheets (Excel, ext) *Responsibilities* - Utilize computerized systems to provide timely and accurate information to customers - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction - Type and document customer interactions and transactions - Assist clients with various services, demonstrating a strong understanding of products or services offered - Maintain professionalism and adhere to phone etiquette standards during all customer interactions *Requirements* - Proficiency in English is required; bilingual proficiency is a plus - Previous experience in customer support, sales, or call center environments is preferred - Strong communication skills with a focus on client services - Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer needs effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Shift: Morning shift Ability to Commute: Greeneville, TN 37745 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Greeneville, TN 37745: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
