If you're a forward-thinking clinician who wants to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact in a high-performance environment, we'd love to connect.QualificationsDoctorate or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programMinimum of 3+ years of clinical experience in physical therapyActive Texas state license (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical TherapistCertification in dry needling preferred, or strong interest in pursuingExperience working with active individuals, athletes, or a performance-focused population requiredDemonstrated interest in leadership, mentorship, or clinic growth opportunitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-first mindsetStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, caseload, and priorities effectivelySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-driven environmentComfortable working in (or eager to learn) a cash-based, performance-focused care modelBrings energy, professionalism, and a positive presence to the clinic culture—motivated to inspire clients and elevate the team
