Job Summary: This position will perform tasks involved in the production of graphic vinyl. The person will be expected to set up, maintain, and operate machinery to ensure the efficient running of production. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. -Knows and understands the safety procedures and practices lifting techniques. -Knows and understands how to read the job traveler. -Knows how to properly ID different vinyls and premasks. -Can correctly clock on and off the job. -Knows how to troubleshoot and correct problems when they occur. -Knows and understands the proper techniques involved with weeding graphics. Competencies: -Must be able to count accurately -Must be able to work in fast paced environment. -Must be able to work in diverse duties and responsibilities in relation to the products manufactured. -Must be able to be proactive and flexible in order to effectively carry out production. -Must have required efficiency knowledge on procedures of processes. -Must have the ability to adhere to instructions. Work Environment: -Climate controlled work environment -Cement floor with anti-fatigue mats provided for comfort. -Clean working environment. Physical Demands: -Occasional walking, fingering, feeling, stooping, and kneeling. Frequently changing position, reaching, reaching across midline, and constant standing. -Occasional arm/hand, leg/foot and simple grasping. -Occasional lifting/lowering up to 50 lbs, two person lift. -Occasional carrying up to 50 lbs, two person lift. -Occasional pushing/pulling force exerted up to 62 lbs. two person push/pull. -Standing for entire shift. -Repetitive motion Expected Hours of Work: Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day. Additional hours may be required to meet customer deadlines
