Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Burlington, WADuration: Full-timeShift: (Pitman Night Shift) – 7 PM to 7 AM (2X2X3 schedule)Education and/or Experience6 years or more of maintenance experience, or 4 years of experience with one of the following:309A – Electrician – Construction & Maintenance433A – Industrial MechanicExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office for daily tasks.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and multi-task as needed.Knowledge of equipment set up, functions, operating procedures, and preventative maintenance techniques.Ability to operate hand tools and machinery such as a lathe and mill.Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Troubleshooting experience with electrical & mechanical equipment, PLC systems, Robots, AC & DC drives, servo drives, motion control, HMI interface, motor controls, safety sensors, and relays.Ability to read wiring diagrams, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, and ladder/function block logic.Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) preferred.Knowledge of facility equipment (HVAC, Air Compressor, Air Dryer, etc.) preferred.Basic knowledge of single and 3-Phase electrical systems preferred.
