Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating continuum of care activities for assigned patients and ensuring optimum utilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with medical regime.
