EDM Operator - 3rd shift

Job DescriptionEDM OperatorShift: 3rd, (11:30pm-7:30am)Pay: $22-$27/Hr(Based on experience)We are seeking an experienced EDM Operator to join our 3rd shift team. This position is ideal for a skilled machinist with at least two years of Conventional EDM experience, particularly in tooling and production environments.Job Description:Set up and operate state-of-the-art Conventional EDM machinesManufacture and redress electrodes using tool room equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and technical dataPlan tooling requirements, setup procedures, machining parameters, and production sequencesDetermine and adjust machine settings to maximize machining efficiencyMonitor machining processes and communicate job status to supervisors and team membersInspect and measure workpieces using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instrumentsRecord inspection data as requiredMaintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety proceduresQualifications:Minimum of 2 years' Conventional EDM machining experience (tooling and production preferred)Strong blueprint reading and technical interpretation skillsExperience selecting tooling and establishing machining parametersAbility to use precision measuring instruments accurately
