Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an initiative-taking individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. We stand by our culture of integrity and focus on the organization where engaged employees are passionate about their work.Position Overview:Responsible for supporting daily office operations through various responsibilities, tasks, and requests.Responsibilities:● Greet visitors, answer, and route incoming calls● Manage the general information email accounts, manage platform, including both text and phone messages● Schedule and confirm appointments● Systematically organize and update customer and vendor records● Utilize and regularly update company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems● Run company errands● Provide support to the Office Manager and other team members, as necessary.Required Qualifications and Skills:● Well organized, ability to multitask, attention to detail● Reliable, punctual, flexible, and able to take directions● Well-mannered team player with a positive attitude● Computer skills (Google and Microsoft)● Spanish speaking a plus● Available to work extra hours as needed, especially during the Holiday Season● Valid driving license with a clean driving record is necessary and non-negotiableExpectations & Work Environment:The ideal candidate is highly organized and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks, as responsibilities will vary daily based on company and team needs. Essential to this role is a flexible attitude and a willingness to offer support across various departments.
