Tow Truck Operator/Driver

We are looking for an self motivated and experienced Tow Truck Operator (must reside within 20 MINUTES FROM THE SHOP) to join our company. Individual will need to have flatbed and wrecker experience (minimum 3 years experience). A CDL is not required for this position, but it is a plus. Our candidate will need to have a clean driving record, be a minimum of 18 years old, and pass a criminal background check. Individual will also need to reside within 20 MINUTES FROM THE SHOP. *Looking to fill both day and evening shift* Your responsibilities will include: - Manage time as efficiently as possible while out on the road. - Have great communication skills. -Respond to accidents, break-downs, tire changes, lock out, and other roadside incidents. -Safely load and unload vehicles on and off of your truck. -Quickly respond to emergency calls. -Assist in winching out vehicles that are immobile. - Keep track of having proper up to date paperwork needed in the truck, replenish flares/equipment, and ensure vehicle is in top working order at all times. -Update service calls within software to ensure all details are captured for the job. ***** Pay is based on experience as well as skillset ***** Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
