Mission:Holds responsibility for the development, administration, capability, and compliance of the Quality Management and Quality Assurance Systems.Responsibilities: The Maintenance Technician ensures smooth operation of machinery and equipment at the facilityThis includes both routine and emergency maintenance, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maintaining production efficiencyPreventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections, adjustments, and part replacementsRepairs: Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsModify programs and maintain the high-pressure componentsEquipment Installation: Help set up and calibrate new machineryDocumentation: Keep accurate maintenance logs and reportsSafety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and report hazardsContinuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements to maintenance proceduresTeam Collaboration: Work closely with production and other maintenance staffWhat we are looking for: Educational requirements : High School Diploma or GEDExperience in automotive sector 2-5 yearsStrong mechanical and electrical knowledge (LED, Circuits)Technical capacity, problem solving/analytical, communication proficiency, time management, collaboration, performance management, leadership, results driven.Analytical skills combined with structured working style and high learning and adaptation skills.Resourceful and self-motivated, able to manage multiple deliverables.A challenging and enquiring mindsetTeamwork, High Negotiation and Communication Skills, Resilience with Proactive approach.Must be able to work overtime as scheduledGood attendance recordHere at Antolin, we are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
