What You’ll Do: Lead and oversee interior demolition projects from start to finish Manage and supervise crews of up to 15 laborers, holding teams accountable for safety, productivity, and quality Plan and execute selective interior demolition, including walls, ceilings, floors, and structural removals Coordinate work with abatement crews, project managers, general contractors, and inspectors Enforce all OSHA, MIOSHA, and company safety policies Conduct jobsite safety meetings, inspections, and daily planning Train and mentor crew members on proper demolition techniques and SC Services procedures Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, daily reports, and progress updates Travel to job sites throughout Michigan as needed (projects primarily based in the Greater Grand Rapids area) What You’ll Need: Minimum 5+ years of demolition or construction experience, with significant interior demolition experience Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a superintendent, foreman, or supervisory role Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams of laborers Ability to read, interpret, and execute work based on architectural plans/blue prints and project scope Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills OSHA 10-Hour Certification Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor Certification and License Lead Awareness Certification Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Willingness and ability to travel across Michigan Physical ability to work in active demolition environments We’re looking for leaders who show up, take ownership, support their teams, and take pride in getting the job done right.
