Technical Program ManagerLocation: Columbus, OHType: Fulltime / ContractOverviewWe are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in financial services and enterprise technology delivery, along with basic exposure to AI/ML concepts. This role focuses on leading large-scale technology programs, with some involvement in AI-enabled initiatives (but not deep hands-on AI development).Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs within financial servicesDefine program plans, timelines, milestones, and execution strategyCoordinate across engineering, data, product, and business teamsSupport initiatives that may include AI/ML-based features or automation, ensuring alignment with business goalsTranslate business requirements into technical program deliverablesManage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communicationsEnsure compliance with financial regulations, security, and governance standardsTrack program KPIs, delivery metrics, and reportingRequired Skills & Qualifications8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management / Project ManagementStrong experience in banking / financial services domainProven track record of delivering large-scale technology programsSolid understanding of enterprise systems, data platforms, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, or GenAI use cases)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with Agile / Scrum methodologiesPreferred QualificationsExposure to projects involving AI/ML or data-driven decision systemsExperience in risk, compliance, fraud, or customer platforms within financial servicesPMP, SAFe, or similar certificationsExperience working in highly regulated environmentsNice to HaveFamiliarity with AI-driven tools or automation platforms (no deep expertise required)Understanding of data governance and privacy standardsAbility to work with data science or analytics teamsDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
