Prepare Vendor document for RFPs.· Project Management – Contractor /resources / Supplier Coordination, Schedule management, Vendor coordination, Engineering coordination, Procumbent Support, PO/Purchase support/ site construction coordination, Downtime Coordination with manufacturing / Operations team.· Cost management – estimation using details from various vendors, high level knowledge Procurement, Inventory control etc.· He should be able to coordinate OEM, Suppliers, contractors, construction team, Plant operations. He should be aware of Plant safety guidelines, hot work permits, and confined entry permits etc.· Engineering Skills: should have working level knowledge and skills in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Process /P&IDs, Electrical, Control Automation, Civil Structural engineering.· Plant & process awareness – Should have worked in process plan in Food, Beverages. Expertise in food process unit operations such as grinding, drying, cooling etc are added advantage. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP & CGMP) is desirable.
