Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Walterboro, SC location. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and support patients in achieving their recovery goals. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families on ongoing care and recovery strategies. Qualifications Expertise in Physical Therapy, including assessment, treatment, and personalized rehabilitation programs.Strong skills in Patient Care and Home Care, with a focus on addressing individual needs and promoting recovery.Knowledge and application of medical practices relevant to rehabilitation and general health care management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Current Physical Therapy license in the state of South Carolina.CPR certification or willingness to acquire it.Prior experience with rehabilitation or home care is preferred but not required.Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
