AutoCadd Designer

CivilAutocadd DesignerBaltimore, MDOur Client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AutoCAD Designer to support their engineering team in producing accurate and high-quality technical drawings. This role will work closely with engineers and project managers to translate concepts and specifications into clear, compliant construction documents.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed 2D (and 3D, if applicable) drawings using AutoCAD based on engineering designs and specificationsCollaborate with engineers to interpret redlines, sketches, and design conceptsPrepare site plans, layouts, profiles, and construction detailsRevise and update drawings based on internal and client feedbackMaintain drawing standards, templates, and file organizationEnsure all plans comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirementsAssist in quantity take-offs and basic design calculations (if applicable)Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure drawing accuracy and consistencySupport project documentation and submittalsQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field2+ years of AutoCAD drafting experience (engineering or construction preferred)Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D, Revit, or other software a plus)Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsKnowledge of industry standards and local codes (preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesIf you would like to learn more contact Dee at Dee@csrecruiting.com
