This role requires strong communication, urgency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesExecute dinner service according to Chef's specificationsMaintain station readiness and efficiency during high-volume periodsAssist Executive Chef and Sous Chef with service execution and closingEssential FunctionsSet up and stock station prior to serviceCook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen teamEnsure all plates are prepared accurately and in a timely mannerCommunicate clearly with expeditor and kitchen team during serviceMaintain a clean and organized station throughout serviceProperly store, label, and date all food items after serviceBreak down and clean station at end of shiftAssist with restocking for next dayFollow all safety, sanitation, and food handling proceduresMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and membersAdditional PM ExpectationsStrong ability to perform under pressure during peak serviceFocus on execution, timing, and teamworkMaintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environmentRequirementsLicenses and Special RequirementsFood safety certificationPrior kitchen experiencePhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentRequired to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.Push, pull or lift up to 40 pounds.Continuous repetitive motions.Work in occasional hot environment.This is a general description.
