Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager – AI Adoption & Learning Programs to support enterprise AI and digital transformation initiatives.This role will lead organization-wide AI adoption, awareness, and learning programs, coordinating cross-functional initiatives that help business and technical teams effectively understand and utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI technologies.The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in program/project management, enterprise learning programs, change management, or cross-functional initiatives, along with strong communication and presentation skills and a working understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Initiative ManagementLead end-to-end program management for AI adoption, awareness, enablement, and learning initiatives.Develop and manage integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.Coordinate initiatives across multiple workstreams, regions, business functions, and stakeholder groups.Track program progress, communicate status updates, and drive timely resolution of issues and blockers.Ensure initiatives remain aligned with organizational objectives and technology adoption strategies.AI Adoption & AwarenessDrive AI awareness and adoption programs for both business and technical teams.Coordinate learning journeys, workshops, training sessions, seminars, and internal communications campaigns.Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-focused messaging.Support employee understanding of AI capabilities, use cases, responsible usage, and business value.Promote alignment with enterprise AI strategies, priorities, and roadmaps.Stakeholder & Communication ManagementServe as a key liaison between business leaders, technology teams, AI practitioners, and external partners.Develop executive presentations, program updates, dashboards, training materials, and communication plans.Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, leadership reviews, and cross-functional discussions.Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment across business and technology organizations.Change Management & EnablementSupport organizational change management initiatives associated with enterprise AI adoption.Identify barriers to adoption and collaborate with stakeholders on mitigation and enablement strategies.Promote best practices related to AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise-wide adoption.Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of learning and adoption programs.Governance, Reporting & ComplianceEstablish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting standards, meeting cadences, and program documentation.Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and milestone achievement across AI-related initiatives.Track key program metrics and provide visibility into adoption, participation, progress, and outcomes.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and AI governance standards.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience in program management, project management, enterprise learning programs, change management, or large-scale cross-functional initiatives.Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive projects to completion.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills, with the ability to create executive-level and training materials.Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Machine Learning concepts.Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional environment.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise learning, workforce upskilling, technology enablement, or change management programs.Experience developing technical or semi-technical training and presentation materials.Familiarity with reporting, analytics, and visualization tools such as Power BI.Experience working within large, complex enterprise organizations.Previous experience supporting AI, digital transformation, innovation, or emerging technology initiatives.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a strong program manager and communicator who can bridge the gap between advanced technology initiatives and business users. While this role does not require hands-on AI engineering experience, candidates should be comfortable discussing AI and Generative AI concepts, partnering with technical teams, and translating those concepts into effective learning, adoption, and executive communication materials.Successful candidates will demonstrate a combination of program management, stakeholder engagement, presentation development, AI literacy, and organizational change management experience.
