Internship Opportunity: Operations Assistant for a Restaurant
Location: NE 16th Street, Miami (near Wynwood, Edgewater, and Downtown)
Position: Operations Assistant Intern (Part-Time)
Hours: 15-20 hours per week
Compensation: College credits, weekly stipend, lunch, and gas reimbursement
About Us:
We are a vibrant café offering breakfast, lunch, coffee, and smoothies. We're dedicated to delivering fresh, healthy options to our community and are looking for a motivated assistant to help with the day-to-day management of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in operational tasks.
Help manage and track the monthly budget.
Create and maintain a structured Google Drive system for all business documents (products, vendors, passwords, contacts, images, etc.).
Set up meetings with local businesses and manage schedules.
Develop and schedule weekly social media content.
Ensure tasks are aligned with daily/weekly business goals.
Collaborate on community engagement and outreach initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
Currently enrolled in a business, marketing, or operations management program (college credit available).
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Strong communication skills and comfort working with technology (Google Suite, social media platforms).
Interest in learning the ins and outs of restaurant management.
