Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to drive deposit growth and market expansionPartner with executive leadership on annual goals and performance targetsLead and develop high-performing teams across multiple locationsStrengthen a relationship-driven, customer-first cultureOversee branch operations, customer experience, and sales performancePartner with commercial lending to deepen client and treasury relationshipsLead growth of private banking / wealth servicesBuild strong partnerships with local businesses and community organizationsEnsure strong operational discipline, compliance, and risk managementMarket CoverageThis role supports a 9-location footprint across: Core markets in Sterling, Dixon, and Rock Falls Additional locations in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin The position requires a visible leadership presence, with travel across a regional footprint (~75-100 mile radius).
