Electrical Foreman (Nationwide)

Are you a licensed Journeyman Electrician with a passion for leadership and a desire to excel in industrial automation? Key Responsibilities: Lead a small crew of electricians through various industrial automation projects. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and objectives. Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve technical issues efficiently. Train and mentor team members in electrical techniques and best practices. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel nationwide to project sites as needed. Requirements: Valid Journeyman Electrician license. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Experience running a crew Basic knowledge of controls systems desired; however, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. Willingness to learn and grow within the industrial automation field. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel nationwide as required for project assignments.
