Payroll ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee full-cycle payroll operations for employees across multiple states. This role ensures accurate, timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end payroll processing (hourly & salaried)Administer payroll through ADP Workforce NowEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll lawsMaintain payroll records, tax filings, and year-end reporting (W-2s)Partner with HR and Accounting on payroll data, reporting, and reconciliationsResolve employee payroll inquiriesQualifications:5+ years of multi-state, high-volume payroll experienceHands-on ADP Workforce Now experience is requiredExperience in hospitality or multi-location environmentsBackground as a lead or standalone payroll professionalStrong knowledge of payroll laws and tax regulationsAdvanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots)Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
