Electro-Mechanical Assembly- 2nd Shift

Our client is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assemblers. This innovative company specializes in manufacturing equipment used by the world’s leading electronics manufacturers. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electromechanical components and systems—such as sensors, motors, cables, and wiring—used in cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment. This role involves reading and interpreting assembly drawings, using hand tools and test equipment, and following strict cleanliness and ESD protocols to ensure quality and safety. You’ll be working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment where attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are highly valued. In this role, you will: Assemble and inspect electromechanical components, including cables, sensors, motors, and subassemblies. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and bills of materials. Use hand tools, torque drivers, multimeters, and other manufacturing aids to ensure precise assembly. Perform basic soldering, crimping, and wire harnessing while adhering to cleanroom procedures. Document work processes and report discrepancies or defects. Support lean manufacturing initiatives and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Required Skills, Education, and Experience: 6+ months of assembly experience, preferably in electronics, electromechanical, or mechanical assembly. Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings (please specify where this was done if listed on your resume). Strong mechanical aptitude and experience building electronic or electromechanical assemblies. High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of related manufacturing or assembly experience. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with strict ESD handling protocols. Strong computer skills - you will be given a tablet to enter and update all work instructions.
