Hybrid Network Engineer Zoom VOIP & Meraki Expert

Job Description: This position is open to Louisville Metro Residents and works on a Hybrid schedule. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Implement, support, and maintain a Zoom Voice-Over-IP environment * Support and maintain all XMedius cloud faxing * Assist with the installation, support and maintenance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SDWAN architecture * Analyze and isolate issues providing support to other information technology teams and users * Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to users * Assists in the managing of networking vendors for installation/maintenance of software or hardware * Maintains inventory and stock, and takes responsibility for tools and test equipment * Create technical support documentation for relevant systems and applications * Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by organization to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to the organization. EDUCATION High School or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher preferred. EXPERIENCE With an Associate's degree 2 years' experience. With less than an Associate's 5-6 years' experience in an information technology field. Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts and operations, network security principles, and best practices Experience and success with enterprise-level LAN, WAN, and WLAN engineering, design, and implementation Experience in a Cisco Meraki networking environment Experience in a Zoom Voice-Over-IP environment Experience with XMedius cloud faxing REQUIREMENTS Eighteen (18) years of age or older Strong interest and drive to solve problems and improve end user experience Proven ability to quickly grasp information and independently produce results Strong communications skills, especially in written documentation After hours work will be required when maintenance, upgrades, or any other issue necessitates PHYSICAL DEMANDS Position requires lifting of 20 pounds maximum, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of items weighing up to ten pounds.
