Job Description Role: Sr Full Stack Software Developer (ReactJS/Golang) Position Overview: We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Software Developer to contribute to our cutting‐edge web application hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the evolution of our software platform, taking charge of both front‐end (React.js) and back‐end (Golang) development. As a key member of our team, you will participate in code reviews, set coding standards, and lead the design and implementation of unit and integration testing. Responsibilities Be actively involved in the build, deployment, and continuous improvement of our software platform as it relates to both front‐end and back‐end web development. Participate in code reviews and thoughtfully provide constructive feedback. Use your knowledge of current industry coding standards, tools, and best practices to write clean and efficient code and help establish coding standards. Participate in the design and implementation of unit and integration testing. Contribute to an automated CI/CD development practice. Understand upcoming feature requests, document technical considerations, and help provide estimates for product roadmap curation. Contribute to and foster an open‐minded and cross‐functional team environment. Take ownership over the changeability and scalability of the software. Provide product support by investigating, scoping and addressing bugs and other high‐priority items. Collaborate effectively with other developers to solve complex problems. Work with designers and PMs to create delightful products. Cultivate a culture of innovation and learning, including willingness to instruct and coach junior developers. Tech Stack ReactJS TypeScript Node.js NestJS Golang Google Cloud Platform Firebase/Firestore Serverless cloud functions Requirements 5+ years of full‐stack software development experience. 3+ years of front‐end React.js software development experience. 3+ years of back‐end Golang software development experience. Cloud software development experience with serverless cloud functions is preferred. No‐SQL database experience in either MongoDB, Amplify, FireStore preferred. BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices. Extensive hands‐on expertise in Google GO (Golang) programming language. Ability to create system and process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence and UML diagrams. Understanding and knowledge of RESTful APIs. Understanding and knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms. Understanding and knowledge of software development best practices, security concerns, testing, and deployment strategies. Experience with Version Control: Git, GitHub, CodeCommit/CodePipeline. Ability to work independently in an agile team environment. Ability to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions.
