Manager Development Operations (DevOps)
Overview:
As DevOps Manager, you will lead strategy and delivery of scalable, secure cloud-native infra. You'll oversee multiple teams, elevating automated workflows and cloud excellence with a focus on AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC. You'll drive high-volume, reliable Kubernetes clusters and end-to-end pipelines that enable rapid, safe deployments. You'll mentor engineers and collaborate with software, architecture, and product teams to embed DevOps best practices across the SDLC. Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCPDesign, deploy, and manage large-scale Kubernetes clusters for high-volume workloads
- Set DevOps strategy, standards, and best practices across teams
- Build and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and security
- Enforce Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks using Terraform or Cloud
- FormationImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch)
- Lead operational reviews, incident analysis, and resilience strategies
- Manage and mentor DevOps engineers and foster a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with software engineering, architecture, and product teams to integrate DevOps into the SDLCKey requirements 8+ years in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, Site Reliability Engineering, or related fields 3+ years of experience managing and developing engineering teams
- Strong understanding of networking, security, containerization, and cloud automation
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda)
- Proven production experience with Kubernetes at scale
