Role OverviewWe are looking for highly skilled Coding Experts with strong proficiency in any one of the following languages: Rust, COBOL, or Swift. The primary responsibility of this role is to design and develop high-quality, challenging programming questions along with accurate and well-structured answers.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate advanced-level coding questions in Rust, COBOL, or Swift (any one language)Develop detailed, correct, and optimized solutions for each questionEnsure questions test deep understanding of concepts, including edge cases and real-world problem-solvingMaintain clarity, originality, and technical accuracy in all contentFollow provided guidelines for difficulty level, structure, and evaluation criteriaReview and refine questions based on feedbackRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in at least one: Rust / COBOL / SwiftSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system-level conceptsAbility to create complex, non-trivial coding problemsExperience in technical content creation, assessments, or competitive programming is a plusStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPreferred ExperiencePrior experience in question setting for coding platforms or assessmentsExposure to real-world application development in the chosen languageFamiliarity with code optimization and performance tuningEvaluation CriteriaQuality and difficulty level of questionsAccuracy and efficiency of solutionsAbility to cover edge cases and real-world scenarios
