Responsibilities Deliver data-driven actionable insights and strategic recommendations Empower Cloud Leaders to drive various programs within Customer Success Collaborate with different teams within CSG Demonstrate versatility in tackling a variety of problem statements Provide timely responses to leadership inquiries Work outside standard hours when needed Requirements U.S. Citizenship required, no dual-citizenship Degree or equivalent proven experience required 8+ years experience in data analytics team Extensive experience in writing complex database queries in SQL Expert with one or more popular viz tools (Tableau, Power BI) Curiosity to dive deep & fetch insights Excellent storytelling skills for Exec level stories Ability to present data/dashboards to the leadership team Quick learner of new tools in Analytics Team-player and mentor to junior analysts Assume responsibility for projects from start to finish Direct experience (2+ yrs) in data-engineering (nice to have) Tableau certification (big plus) Hands-on experience in advanced analytics (nice to have) J-18808-Ljbffr
