Fast-Paced Temporary Opportunity - Join a Store Setup TeamWe are currently hiring dependable, hardworking Temporary Retail Fixture Installation Associates for a 7-day project supporting a new store setup in the Gaithersburg / Montgomery Village area. This position has zero potential to go long term, however other opportunities may present themselves within our network. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically strong, energetic, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team members will assist with unloading store fixtures, unpacking materials, and completing basic assembly of shelving, racks, and displays under installer supervision. You must be mechanically inclined. Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance for the full project are essential. If interested, please apply for immediate consideration. Key Responsibilities Unload new store fixture pallets from delivery trucks Move, unpack, and organize materials efficiently Assemble shelving, racks, and display fixtures according to installer instructions Use standard hand tools safely and effectively Lift and move materials weighing up to 45 lbs regularly Maintain a quick work pace while following directions accurately Support overall store setup and installation efforts from start to finish Requirements Ability to lift up to 45 lbs consistently throughout the shift Strong work ethic with high energy and urgency Must be punctual every day and remain on-site for the full scheduled shift Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-moving environment Common sense, attention to detail, and willingness to follow instructions Must be available to return each day for the full 10-day project Dress Code & Workplace Expectations Clean, appropriate work attire required No torn clothing or offensive graphics No shorts No flip-flops or unsafe footwear No cell phone use during work hours Professional appearance and attitude required Ideal Candidate Reliable and consistent Strong and physically capable Quick learner Team-oriented Ready to work hard every day without constant retrainingThis job is In-Person.Pay Range: Hourly $18.00 to $18.00We offer several comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and retirement and savings plans to qualifying employees.Download the Sparks Group mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play Sparks Group is an equal opportunity employer.
