In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "Apply Now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.The Best Players Need the Best People.The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for the supervision and preparation of the PGA TOUR's financial planning, reporting and analysis, as well as finance process management, improved dynamic planning, and evaluation of the Company's financial performance.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferredA minimum of five years experience in Accounting/Financial FieldFinancial consolidation and presentation preparation experience is a plusExtensive experience with Workday and Report Writing software desired. Adaptive and/or Office Connect preferredAdvanced experience with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Facilitate the preparation and administration of annual forecasts, budget, and long-range plans for PGA TOURPrepare Monthly Finance Operating reviews & multiple formats of financial statements for both internal and external audiencesPrepare financial presentations for Board of Directors, Player, and Sponsor meetingsFacilitate and maintain the PGA TOUR's headcount planning, reporting and analysis infrastructureLiaison between PGA TOUR Corporate Accounting and FP&A to better understand variances, data, and underlying business performanceLiaison between FP&A and IT in further developing the PGA TOUR's internal planning and reporting infrastructureMaintain current financial reports and support ad hoc requests as necessarySpecial projects or other duties as assigned
