Job Description Job Opportunity: PRN OB/Gyn HospitalistOur organization is looking for a PRN OB/Gyn Hospitalist physician to become a part of our Women’s Health division. This role is supported by a dedicated in-house anesthesia team available around the clock, as well as a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).We offer a comprehensive Women’s Health service line that includes:18 general OB/GYN physiciansOne minimally invasive gynecologic surgeonOne urogynecologistOne gynecological oncologistKey Responsibilities:Provide 24-hour in-house call shifts.Deliver antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care for obstetric patients from our outpatient clinic and community practices.Conduct gynecologic consultations and manage surgical cases for inpatient units and the emergency department.Serve as a physician backup for complex obstetrical cases.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive healthcare services for patients.Requirements and Qualifications:A Doctorate from an accredited medical school is mandatory.Must hold a valid medical license from the Virginia Department of Health Professions.Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is essential.Working Conditions:This position involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment, where collaboration with various healthcare professionals is key to delivering high-quality patient care.Benefits and Opportunities:Joining our team offers a chance to be part of a robust healthcare system with opportunities for professional growth and development.
