BOX Admin
This role in the Digital Workplace team will be primarily focused as a Box Admin expert securing and configuring our Box environment. You will be a core member of the team and work collaboratively with the broader collaboration team as well as cross functional teams.
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide recommendation for our Box environment and be able to configure advanced enterprise level settings such as Box Shield, Single-Sign On and security best practices
Play a critical role in building and sustaining business partner relationships while driving the adoption of the Box product and platform
Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
Engage with technical staff to contribute to the technical strategy and design to meet business needs
Create technical documentation for the support teams and customers.
Proactively research and evaluate tools and technologies, as appropriate, to the collaboration environment.
Qualifications:
As a Box Admin, you must have 7+ years of admin experience managing & supporting Box enterprise environments in following areas: user account management, reports generation, integration of 3rd party applications, security & permissions
Experienced with establishing Box feature release & software update process and deployments at a regular cadence
Extensive experience troubleshooting, support & ticket analysis in Box related issues
Ability to assist and guide with Box best practices and standards
Ability to lead project implementations with responsibility of architecture designs and solution strategy
Ability to effectively present product and/or solution information to both a technical and non-technical audience.
Need to have a thorough understanding of other platforms including Microsoft O365 and Zoom and other integrations with Box
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Broad experience in eliciting requirements and communicating clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $74.00 per hour
