At the same time, we push boundaries, developing solutions that enable Mobility OEMs to innovate at speed and scale.Job Summary:We are looking for skilled Embedded Linux Engineers to work on a next-generation Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) program built on NVIDIA Thor. Engineers will focus on new feature development across communication, security, power management, and Linux OS services, while ensuring compliance with SDV requirements and successful execution of ITCG test cases.Responsibilities:Design and develop new software features for next-generation automotive platforms on Linux OSImplement and enhance functionality in the areas of:Communication frameworksSecurity services and enforcementPower management and system state transitionsDevelop platform services aligned with SDV architectural requirementsEnsure solutions meet ITCG compliance, including:Full execution and pass of relevant ITCG test casesAddressing gaps identified during validation and auditsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including system architecture, hardware, security, and validationSupport platform bring-up, integration, and scalability on NVIDIA ThorRequirements:Strong experience with Embedded Linux developmentKernel, drivers, system services, and user-space frameworksHands-on experience with NVIDIA automotive platforms, preferably NVIDIA ThorExpertise in communication stacks, security frameworks, and power managementProficiency in C/C++, with scripting experience (bash, Python) preferredUnderstanding of SDV concepts and architecturesExperience ensuring compliance with automotive standards and test frameworks, including ITCGPreferredExperience with secure boot, key management, and hardware security modulesExposure to containerization or virtualization in automotive contextsKnowledge of over-the-air (OTA) update systems and lifecycle managementExperience working in fast-paced next-generation platform development programsCompensation and Benefits:Along with competitive pay, as a full-time KPIT employee, you are eligible for the following benefits:Geo Blue PPO and HSA plan.MetLife – Dental and Vision plan.Healthcare and Dependent care flexible spending account(FSA).401k with employer match.Company-paid Basic Life and Long-term disability insurance.Voluntary benefits include Critical Illness, Hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft, and legal service.Employee Assistance Program.Paid Holidays.Employee discounts and perks.Gym benefit.
