This role sits at the intersection of IT systems administration, integration engineering, and operational efficiency—ensuring that our field technicians, project coordinators, and operations leaders have reliable, real-time access to the data and tools they need to deliver exceptional installations.You will be the primary administrator for our Field Service Management platform (Zuper) and its integrations with HubSpot CRM, managing everything from user permissions and data integrity to custom automations and API-driven workflows. You'll work closely with Field Operations, Customer Operations, and leadership to translate operational needs into system capabilities—building the technical backbone that allows Jetson to scale efficiently across multiple regions.This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems, building automations, and making systems work seamlessly together. You will have significant ownership and autonomy, with the opportunity to shape how Jetson's field operations technology evolves.What You Will DoServe as the primary administrator for Zuper (Field Service Management) and support HubSpot CRM administration, maintaining data integrity, user roles, security settings, and system documentationManage system configurations, updates, and health monitoring across operational platformsOwn user onboarding, access controls, and platform training for field and office teamsBuild and maintain integrations between Zuper, HubSpot, and other operational systems (Google Workspace, timecard systems, reporting tools) via APIs and middlewareMonitor and troubleshoot real-time data synchronization to ensure field operations data flows accurately into CRM, dashboards, and reporting systemsIdentify and resolve data quality issues at the sourceDesign and implement automation workflows across Zuper and HubSpot to streamline scheduling, dispatch, job status updates, and operational handoffsWrite scripts (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to extend platform capabilities, automate repetitive tasks, and enable custom triggersLeverage AI tools and automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into field operations KPIs, technician performance, installation pipeline status, and permit trackingSupport leadership with ad-hoc analysis and system-driven insightsAct as the primary point of contact for platform support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with vendors when neededWhat You Bring3+ years of experience administering enterprise platforms, ideally including CRM (HubSpot) or Field Service Management systemsProven experience building and maintaining integrations using APIsProficiency in scripting or programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for automation and custom tooling AI tools for operational automation experienceStrong understanding of data flows, system architecture, and how operational platforms connectExcellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose issues across interconnected systemsClear communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersSelf-directed and comfortable working independently with limited structureDirect experience with Zuper, HubSpot, or similar FSM/CRM platforms preferredBackground in field service operations, HVAC, solar, or home services industries preferredExperience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) or GitHub Actions preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000 - $90,000 per annumBenefitsDental CareHealth InsuranceVision CareLife InsuranceEducation SupportWork Location: In person - DenverDo you feel like you don't have everything that's listed above but can still do the job?
