Data Analyst

Overview: We are partnering with a growing, data-driven organization seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. This individual will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making across multiple departments.Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiativesUtilize CRM systems to extract, analyze, and manage customer dataEnsure data accuracy and integrity across systemsPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerQualifications:2–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar roleStrong experience working with CRM platforms (required)Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Experience with SQL and/or other data querying languagesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesThe Equus Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
