We build, improve, and operate at a high level—and expect the same from our leadership team.This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into broader operational leadership as the company expands.The Role: You will lead property operations across all locations and set the standard for how our environments look, function, and perform.This includes direct leadership of a multi-functional team (~12 people): Landscaping & groundsTrain attendants (cleanliness, supplies, and presentation)HousekeepingMaintenanceYou are responsible for ensuring every property is:Consistently guest-readyOperationally soundVisibly high-standardWhat You’ll Be Responsible For:Property Standards & Guest ExperienceEnsure all properties consistently meet high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and functionalityElevate environments from functional to polished and intentionalMaintain consistency across all locationsTeam Leadership & PerformanceLead, coach, and develop a team of ~12Establish clear expectations, routines, and accountabilityBuild a culture of urgency, pride, and follow-throughMake hiring, development, and performance decisionsManage labor within your departmentOperations & SystemsEstablish and manage systems for preventative maintenance, daily and weekly standards, and work order trackingShift operations from reactive to proactive and structuredProjects & Property ImprovementsPlan and execute repairs, upgrades, and capital improvementsManage timelines, budgets, and resultsPartner with leadership on property improvements and expansionOversee rentals, leases, and related contractsVendor & Contractor ManagementSource, negotiate, and manage vendorsEnsure quality work, timeliness, and cost controlHold vendors accountable to expectationsBudget, Assets & PlanningManage property-related budgets and spendingTrack equipment, materials, and property needsMake practical, ROI-driven decisionsSafety & ComplianceEnsure properties meet safety and operational requirementsImplement systems that support a safe environment for guests and team membersWhat Success Looks LikeProperties are consistently high-standard and guest-readyThe team operates with clarity, accountability, and follow-throughMaintenance issues are addressed before they escalateProjects are completed on time and within budgetLeadership has strong confidence in how this function is runWho You AreExperience in property, facilities, construction, or operations leadership- or related fields.
