We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help guide our team, support daily operations, and deliver the exceptional customer experience our brand is known for.About the RoleAs an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in keeping our sales floor running smoothly. From coaching team members to ensuring compliance and stepping in wherever needed, you'll set the standard for professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence.What You'll DoOn a typical day, you may:Direct and oversee sales floor operations from opening through closingTrain, coach, and mentor employees on service standards, policies, and proceduresCreate and manage daily lunch and break schedules to ensure consistent coverageDelegate tasks, support staff, and maintain an organized and productive sales floorMonitor performance and assist with coaching or corrective actionsAddress customer and employee concerns quickly, fairly, and professionallyEnsure compliance with all company policies and state cannabis regulationsStep into any sales floor role as needed to maintain service levelsWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a strong communicator and natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and balances team leadership with hands-on support. The ideal candidate is:Experienced in cannabis retail leadership (1+ year preferred)Skilled at motivating and guiding staff while modeling professionalismDetail-oriented, organized, and adaptable under pressureCommitted to providing exceptional customer serviceConfident in compliance, company policies, and operational standardsWhat You'll NeedHigh School Diploma or GED required (Associate's degree in Business Management preferred)At least one year of supervisory experience in cannabis retail preferredAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbsMust meet all state requirements for cannabis employment (if applicable)Perks of the Role Your Next Step in LeadershipThe Assistant Store Manager role is more than a job-it's a launchpad for your leadership career.
