First Shift Assembler-Springfield

Throughout the Gardner family’s ownership of Superior Trim, we have made, and continue to make, significant investments to ensure that Superior Trim has all of the appropriate technologies in-house and available to produce cost-competitive, high-quality interior and exterior trim products for medium/heavy duty trucks and other commercial vehicles that our customers expect. We are currently looking for Production Associates for the fast-paced environment of our Superior Trim Springfield facility, located at 5225 Prosperity Drive, Springfield, Ohio. A successful applicant must have: Willingness to learn multiple jobs. Good attendance. Basic math and computer skills. Able to pass a drug screen. Basic motor skills. Ability to adapt to production demands.
